I wonder whether model may underestimate testing needs because (1) the individuals identified via contact tracing are not being tested (i.e., automatically quarantined) and (2) all symptomatic patients are automatically quarantined (not necessarily tested - despite the fact that there are other diseases which may cause symptoms)
